On Easter Sunday we took a short road trip to
South Coast Winery. We enjoyed brunch on the patio and a comfortable stay in one of the villas. This winery is amazing! The grounds are covered in an array of flowers that look and smell wonderful. The tasting room is very spacious, so you won't be hitting elbows with one another.

We found the vineyard - It's wine time! |
We went on a grounds tour and we were shown the process of making wine from start to finish. Our tour guide was Gregg, who lives adjacent to the winery & who has been working with wines for years. The pictures below show their wine storage center and the machine that corks the sparkling wines. There is a lot of work that goes into wine making, so enjoy every sip!

Private Wine & Cheese pairing |
A private wine & cheese pairing also came with our nights stay. I highly recommend taking a trip to
South Coast Winery. We plan on heading back in August when the grape vines should be fully grown and ready to harvest.
