Valentine's Day is 2 days away! If you don't have anything in mind for your sweetheart, here are a few ideas:
Sweets: Chocolate Covered Strawberries
The best chocolate covered strawberries are from Costco. They are not that expensive and the strawberries are big. They make them fresh a few days just before Valentine's Day. So get them while you can! Don't have a Costco membership? The Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory also makes really good chocolate covered strawberries.
You can also dip your own strawberries in chocolate at home. I recommend using Bakers Dipping Chocolate. Cut the tops off of your strawberries and stick a toothpick through them. Heat the chocolate as instructed. Dip your strawberries into the chocolate and then lay them down on parchment paper. The parchment paper should be on a put on a cookie sheet so that you can put it in the refrigerator. Refrigerate for about 1 hour and enjoy!
Wine: Stella Rosa
You can't go wrong with choosing Stella Rosa to pair with your dessert. They are all sweet, unique, and in-expensive. If you are on the hunt for Stella Rosa, try Costco, BevMo, and Vons.
